Shipping Information
At Feeling of Life, we want to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. All orders are shipped within 1-10 business days.
Please note that we not only ship within the United States.If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping methods, packaging, or costs, please don't hesitate to contact us. In the case of European purchases, in the case of purchases over €150, delivery is free.
For orders under €150, the minimum delivery fee is €5. When placing the order, you can choose personal collection or the method and time of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Feeling of Life. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange, as requested. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for final sale items or gift cards.
